the use of fair use was prevalent in this video they used images for teaching about the Revolutionary war. They used a variety of different images and they were shown for a short amount of time. I am concerned about the songs used in the background and the amount of time they played.
Again, they should have cited every picture they used at the end.
The music they used was just free loops from Garage Band, so in this case they're OK. I only know that, though, because it seems like a lot of students use those same loops and I've heard them a lot of times. :)
